The Relationship Between Emotional Labor, Organizational Loyalty, and Turnover Intention in Nurses

Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between nurses’ perceptions of emotional labor, organizational loyalty, and their turnover intention.
 Methods: was conducted in a private hospital Ankara two hundred seven nurses participated. Correlation analysis used relationships variables. Multiple linear regression measure effect labor loyalty on intention. The data were obtained using Emotional Labor Scale, Organizational Loyalty Turnover Intention an information form developed by researchers inquire about personal professional characteristics nurses.
 Results: Nurses’ had negative (-0.664) Twenty percent change intention is explained dimensions namely, superficial acting, deep natural emotions.
 Conclusion: It found that at moderate level, whereas low. only significant
